Documents stay in Drive. The decks, the PDFs, the workbooks and the marketing library live in H:\My Drive\EMPORIUM. They are not here, because putting them on a web page would not have made them any easier to open — a browser cannot launch PowerPoint or Excel whatever address the file sits at. This site is the working tools, where being on one address genuinely changes something.

Anyone signed in can see and change the shared library. Only make changes on one machine at a time — not because it will break, but because the second save is the one that counts.
